Frameflow ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform that connects creators and clients to manage projects, files, messages, and notifications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile picture, and account type (creator or client) when you sign up.
- Project and message content: project names, descriptions, task notes, comments, attachments and files you upload.
- Usage data: analytics, device information, app version, IP address, and interactions to improve service quality.
- Notifications: permission to send push notifications and tokens required to deliver them.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the service, including authentication, project management, file attachments, and notifications.
- To communicate with you about account activity, updates, and support.
- To analyze and improve the app, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Sharing and Third Parties
- We use Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. Some data is stored and processed by Firebase under their terms.
- We may integrate with third-party services (for example: Google Drive) only when you explicitly connect an account; we do not access those services without your permission.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
- The app may store small amounts of data locally (e.g., tokens, preferences). In web or hybrid contexts, cookies or similar technologies may be used for session management and analytics.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- We retain information as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data; following verification we will delete or anonymize your personal data subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Security
- We take reasonable measures to protect data. However, no network or storage system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Push Notifications
- If you enable push notifications, we store notification tokens and use them to deliver messages (activity updates, reminders, system notices). You can disable notifications in your device settings or in-app (where available).
8. Children
- The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Transfers
- Data may be stored and processed in countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
10. Changes to this Policy
- We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted in-app or via email where appropriate.
